My Favorite Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

4 frozen bananas, chopped

1½ cups frozen mixed berries

1 packet unsweetened acai

1 cup coconut water

1 cup fresh spinach

1 scoop vanilla plant protein (optional)

METHOD

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until thick and creamy!

Q: Your latest food discovery?

A: Almond yogurt! I’m addicted now! It’s the perfect ingredient for parfaits with my granola and fresh fruit or as a base for sauces like vegan tzatziki.

Q: Any health rituals?

A: I start every day with a liter of water with the juice of half a lemon, a vegan-friendly probiotic and vegan-friendly B12.
