Don't throw bananas away!
People tend to just throw them away once they become overripe but there are so many desserts you can create with them that taste incredible with a hint of banana.
I use it in the majority of my baking recipes. It’s a great alternative to sugar, different from your ordinary sweeteners as the nutrients from the sugar come from the coconut palm and the manufacturing process is completely natural.
Train your brain with positive thoughts
I love indulging in self-development books. I believe it's so important to work yourself and train your brain with positive thoughts. I try to do at least 10 minutes a day of self development and yoga.
1 cup gluten-free flour (make sure it contains buckwheat)
½ cup almond or coconut milk
¼ cup melted coconut oil
½ cup cane sugar
1 tsp coconut oil
Add your cane sugar, vanilla pod, coconut oil and milk into your mixing bowl and combine until the mixture is fully whipped and a fluffy texture. Gradually sift your flour in and fold the mixture until it creates a spongy texture. Place the mixture into a doughnut shaped tin and cook for fifteen minutes. Whilst your doughnuts are cooling it’s time to move onto the coca glaze! Add the chocolate and coconut oil into a bowl and place in the microwave for 30 seconds, continue to check and stir until the mixture is melted. Drizzle onto your doughnuts and add sprinkles of your topping and ENJOY!
