Changing temperatures and the arrival of autumn call for herbs that aid in relaxation, boosting immunity, mental clarity and stress relief. Our immune system maintains the ecological relationship between mind, body and spirit, and it’s important that we have the tools necessary to nurture all three, whether with teas, tinctures or topical creams.

 

Echinacea

Echinacea will support and gradually strengthen a weakened immune system, which is particularly effective when you’ve become “run-down” as a result of stress.

 

Lavender

Renowned for settling frazzled nerves, this plant can help reduce difficulty falling asleep and prevent nighttime waking. Great as tea or diffused essential oil.

 

Tulsi (Holy Basil)

Arnica Montana

After a long day on your feet, arnica gel is a go-to healer for sore muscles, aches and pains.

Contains antimicrobial and antiviral components, making it great in tea to fight sore throats or to be applied topically to soothe inflammation.

 

Elderberry

Directly promotes relaxation of the nervous system and encourages healthy sleeping patterns, ensuring you wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead
