Buckwheat Strawberry Bowl

INGREDIENTS
 

1⁄4 cup soaked buckwheat

1 cup frozen strawberries

2 medjool dates

̈Vanilla extract/paste/powder

1⁄2 cup plant milk of choice

Granola and fresh fruit, for topping
 

METHOD

  • Add all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
     

  • Alternatively, use fresh strawberries instead of frozen for easier blending.
     

  • Reduce the amount of plant milk if using fresh strawberries.
     

  • Top with your favorite fruits and granola.
