One-Step Sesame Halva

1⁄2 cup silken tofu

1 cup coconut milk, full-fat

1⁄4 cup tahini

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 & 1⁄2 tbsp maple syrup


  • Most likely we are all using canned full-fat coconut milk, so make sure you shake thoroughly so all the fat and water is well incorporated before measuring out.

    In a blender, put all the ingredients together and blend until fully creamy.

  • If you are serving it as a dessert in a cup or ramekin, leave it as it is, but if you would like to use it for an iced beverage, then add a bit more coconut milk, or if you would like to use it as a coffee creamer, add a little less than you would for your iced beverage.

  • And there you have it: a one-step dessert that will let you share and keep that gathering going!
