Plum Crumble

INGREDIENTS

1⁄2 cup oats

1 & 1⁄3 cups hazelnuts (finely chopped with a blender)

 

1 handful roughly chopped almonds

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

4 tbsp maple syrup

1⁄2 tsp cinnamon

1⁄4 tsp vanilla

8 plums

 

METHOD

• Cut up the plums and put them in a baking dish.
 

• Combine the rest of the ingredients and spread the mixture on the fruits.
 

• Bake the crumble on 355°F for about 25 minutes until the top is brown and crispy.
